Upon completing the Level 1 course, you can move on to the Level 2 course.

The BSL Level 2 course comprises 4 topics to expand your signing ability and 3 assessments in total.

This course comprises of:

3 hours a week over the course of 30 weeks

Topics covered:

Everyday Conversation. Eating and Drinking. Shopping and Spending. Travel and Holiday.

The assessments to be completed are:

• Receptive Skills exam with multiple choice questions.

• Productive Skills presentation in BSL for 3-5 minutes.

• Conversational Skills conversation in BSL for 6-7 minutes.

This intensive online programme is designed for learners who already have regular access to BSL (e.g., working in a Deaf setting) and want a fast, structured route towards Signature Level 2 assessment readiness. The programme includes diagnostic assessment, guided practice, exam-style preparation and mock assessments. Assessment entry is offered once the learner meets readiness criteria demonstrated through mock performance.

·       15 weeks online live sessions (3 hours per week)

·       Week 1 diagnostic & personal action plan

·       Two formal mock checkpoints + final readiness review

·       Guided exam preparation for Units 201/202/203

·       Feedback sheets and improvement targets

·       Minimum cohort to run: 4 learners

·       Maximum cohort: 8 learners

Assessment entry is not automatic; it is based on readiness criteria 

£895 per learner (all-inclusive).
